International Young Artists
This year's proceedings are opened by an impressive lineup of young and upcoming guitar talent from around the world.
International Celebrity Concert
Eros Roseli (Italy), Xu Bao (China) and Irene Konsta (Greece). Guest tutors at BGW 09 perform music from their home countries and feature composers, Terrega and Villa Lobos.

Pavel Steidl
The fantastic Czech guitarist Pavel Steidl makes a welcome return to Glasgow. One of the most celebrated soloists of his generation, we are delighted to host his only Scottish date in 2009. Not to be missed!
